Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Intelliverses, including intelliverses.com, the professional collaboration platform, APIs, authentication methods (including Google Sign-In), and optional integrations (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You may not use the Service if prohibited by law or if we previously terminated your account for a Terms violation.

You are responsible for your login credentials, linked identity providers, and all activity under your account. Keep registration information accurate and current.

If you authenticate with Google Sign-In, you are also responsible for securing your Google account. Intelliverses receives only the Google profile fields you authorize for login.

Notify us at contact@intelliverses.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or provide false information.

Intelliverses is a human-first professional collaboration platform. It connects rising talent, practitioners, and organizations through contributions, projects, communities, Trust, Reputation, portfolio, messaging, knowledge, mentorship, opportunities, and related features.

Core collaboration workflows work without AI. Optional AI may assist with operational needs such as search enhancement, moderation assistance, accessibility, and security. AI is not required to contribute, build Trust, or grow Reputation.

Trust and Reputation are based on verified, human-reviewed activity. Likes, followers, and similar vanity metrics do not raise standing.

Time Credits prove contribution. They are never sold and never converted into money.

The Service is in active development. Features may change. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Individuals may participate on a Free plan. Paid plans (Professional, Organization, Enterprise) unlock scale, management, analytics, branding, hiring tools, and enterprise security as described on the pricing page.

Individuals are never forced to pay to contribute, learn, or grow professionally. Organizations pay for scale and enterprise capabilities.

If you purchase a paid plan, pricing and billing terms are shown before purchase. Taxes and third-party payment processor terms may apply.

You may create an account or sign in using Google Sign-In. By doing so, you authorize Google to share the consented account information with Intelliverses for authentication and account linking.

Separately, you may optionally connect Google APIs (for example Gmail or Drive) for product features. Those connections require additional consent and scopes, and can be revoked at any time.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy

You can revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions or from Dashboard settings for optional connectors.

When you connect Slack or other integrations, you authorize Intelliverses to access data within the scopes you approve.

We use that data only to provide features you activate.

You can revoke access anytime from Dashboard settings or from the provider's account permissions page.

You agree to use Intelliverses lawfully and in good faith. You may not:

You retain ownership of content you upload or connect. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service for your account and, where you make content public, to display it for discovery.

You represent that you have the rights to submit content and connect integrations.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal risk, with notice where practical. Moderation actions (warnings, suspensions, bans) may apply.

Intelliverses may apply fair-use limits on certain features. Limits may change with notice.

Enterprise customers may receive additional contractual terms that govern if they conflict with these Terms.

Integrations with identity providers (including Google), email, cloud storage, messaging, payments, and other providers are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to connect.

Intelliverses owns the Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, except for your content and third-party materials. These Terms grant a limited right to use the Service as intended.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Trust, Reputation, and discovery signals are informational and not guarantees of hiring outcomes. Optional AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelliverses will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD 100.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Intelliverses against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or law, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued use creates legal or security risk. Ownership, disclaimer, and liability sections survive termination.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Raise disputes first with contact@intelliverses.com for informal resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes by email or in-app message.
