These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Intelliverses, including our website, applications, APIs, and AI workers (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Intelliverses.

By registering for an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Intelliverses.

You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account for violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at contact@intelliverses.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Intelliverses provides AI-assisted tools including document search, email drafting, task management, alerts, and related business automation features.

Features may change during early access. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

AI-generated outputs are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing content before sending, publishing, or acting on it.

You agree to use Intelliverses lawfully and in good faith. You may not misuse the Service or help others do so.

You retain ownership of content you upload or connect to Intelliverses. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service for your account.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit content and connect integrations, and that doing so does not violate any agreement or law.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal risk, with notice when practical.

Intelliverses may offer free, trial, and paid subscription plans. Pricing and features are described on our website and may change with reasonable notice.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the plan terms displayed at purchase unless required by law.

During early access, free tiers may include usage limits. We may modify or discontinue promotional pricing with notice.

Integrations with email providers, storage services, payment processors, and other third parties are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to connect. Disconnect integrations at any time from your dashboard.

Intelliverses owns the Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, except for your content and third-party materials.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Intelliverses is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other licensed advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelliverses and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you in full.

You agree to defend and indemnify Intelliverses against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued provision creates undue risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Intelliverses is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes should first be raised with contact@intelliverses.com so we can attempt to resolve them informally. Where arbitration or courts apply, you agree to the venue specified in any separate agreement or, if none, the competent courts of our principal place of business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes by email or in-app message when appropriate.
